IRIS is a both a VOIP gateway and a PBX in Hardware. It runs on our hardware and provides all of the features expected from a PBX and more. IRIS performs all standard voice over IP protocols, and can interoperate with almost all standards-based telephony equipment using relatively inexpensive hardware.
IRIS provides Voicemail services with Directory, Call Conferencing, Interactive Voice Response, Call Queuing. It has support for three-way calling, caller ID services.
IRIS needs no additional hardware for Voice over IP. For interconnection with digital and analog telephony equipment, IRIS supports a number of hardware interfaces, including E1 interfaces for interconnection to PRI lines as well as a FXO and FXS cards. IRIS supports standard VOIP protocols including SIP, H.323 and MGCP. Clients of IRIS can use both PC based Soft-Phones and Hard IP Phones and Analog Phones to use the PBX functionality.
